i'm forced to baked a cheesecake for her as per requested .
It's EASY and delicious..!! [comment from others]

CONTENT 1:
cream cheese 250g-300g
corn flour 20g
milk 160g
egg yolk 5pcs
non-salted butter 150g
CONTENT 2:
egg white 5pcs
1/2 pcs lemon juice (half)
sugar 120g
BASE :
biscuit 100g-200g
non-salted butter 40g
STEP BY STEP :
-mixed the content 1 and heat with cooking pan + middle fire on stove.
[EGGYOLK as last after everything melted and mixed up]
- leave content 1 to chilled a little while.
- blended content 2 till white bubble pop-ing out and it becomes the "white cream".
- crushed all biscuit and mix it with butter , fit it nicely and press it firmly as the base of the cake.
[freeze it ard 10min in the fridge]
- mix the content 1 & content 2 and pour it into the mould with based in it.
- put it in oven with 175 °c and 35 minutes.
- put it in fridge and it's ready to be served!

PS: cheese cake is easy to bake and get some good compliment from
friends and family..huhu..^_^b..*giggle*
